Erika Pawley is one of Sydney’s leading strategic planners with extensive experience in strategy development and implementation. She is driving productivity, liveability and environmental outcomes across Leamac Property Group’s strategic project portfolio.
Erika spent three years as the Director of Strategic Planning at the Greater Sydney Commission, where one of her key achievements was development and delivery of the Collaboration Areas program for eight strategic centres across Greater Sydney. The program successfully brought together councils, agencies, institutions and industry to work in partnership to develop and deliver strategies to enable places to reach their metropolitan potential.
Previously, Erika had an extensive career in local government with projects spanning infill and greenfield rezonings, masterplanning, placemaking and asset management. Erika holds a Bachelor of Town Planning from the University of New South Wales, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney.
