Over a decade of experience working at significant and dynamic cultural institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, London and the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences (MAAS) producing performing arts, public art and cultural events. In this time I have established strong leadership experience managing diverse programs, content & visitor services teams, through facilitating an integrated focus on the visitor experience across the entire experience continuum.
